This new sun room features stone floors, nearly floor to ceiling windows for exceptional light, a wood stove and fan so the room can be enjoyed year round.

Aaron's brother finally let us do our magic at his home.  We are proud of the all the features ARC added to this remodel.  A bedroom, bathroom, custom lights, decks, arched ceilings, sliding and double doors, and a sun room.

This home addition is a great representation of a simple affordable addition.  ARC converted an old covered deck to lots of extra living space.

Sometimes we get hail here in Knoxville.  What better way to protect your car then in it's very own garage.  Yes, ARC does garages too!

This is a second project we’ve completed for the Bays as the first was a master bath remodel and new flooring in second level of home.

The Dickerson’s have hired us for 4 total projects. First was converting the screen porch into a sunroom. Second was remodeling 2 guest bathrooms. Third project was to remodel their master bathroom and replace all the windows in the house with newer high end windows. The fourth project was remodeling their kitchen. They are currently on our schedule to return and remodel their upstairs living areas.

We polished their basement slab and added additional control joints in a diamond pattern design. We custom built the wall cabinets and nook cabinets under the stairs.

Added a new deck, sunroom, home office, master bedroom, master bathroom with steam generator shower, and a home theater upstairs.

The Xeno’s wanted to copy their upstairs living space into the basement area and have a wine cellar off the new kitchen area as they entertain guest with wine tastings and the such. We added the LED lighting behind the base and crown trim to enjoy the abeyance.

This was challenging due to the layout and ceiling height in areas. Ultimately we custom made all the wood cabinets including the wood grain detail on the backsplash of the home office station and the TV Wall. All of the cabinets in the office, bar, TV station, and mud room was hand made by our local fabricator. We replace the typical stair with wooden stairs. The bathroom was another challenge as the Pucket’s wanted a tub in the space so we integrated the claw foot tub into the shower area solving the space issue.

We enclosed a typical 2 car garage and converted into a master bathroom off of the master on main in the original part of the house. We also added a master closet, laundry room, and kitchen pantry with custom shelving near the kitchen entrance. Nearly a year later the Nile’s hired us to install the 24’x30’x 10’ carport which we carefully matched their siding and paint color to match the details of their house.

The Porters wanted to add garage parking below and an extension of their master bedroom to increase the size of their master bathroom space and master closet.

This was the third project we provided the Lester’s. The first was a kitchen remodel and new flooring when they moved into the house. The second was a hall bath and master bath remodel. They hired us again install this sunroom in 2024.
